Happiness! ☺

It has always been a struggle to pen down and play with the words as you want. The first thought of creating a blog emerged when a friend of mine motivated me to write, after finding my writing skills to be good (although I am a learner, not good at it). With the same excitement I created a blog but entered into a dilemma for a long time, as in what exactly to write about? Everything is available to the readers on a single tap, what creative is the world looking for and how creatively can I put my contribution to this? This struggle led me to read some stuff about the blogs where I came across a beautiful content stating that it’s not the perfection which is required in writing, it’s the writing with the heart which matters. So, here I go with my first ever experience with writing a blog.I named my Blog as Happy Life, as Happiness is only the essence in life that we strive for. Every act of ours is just another step to find happiness. Everyone encounters with different problems, every moment but let’s rejoice being gifted with the Gift of Life and spread smiles and happiness across the globe.A step towards increasing Happiness is reducing the Anger! While reading an article in a newspaper, I came across a beautiful story for anger management. There was a boy who used to get angry very often and misbehave in the family. His father thought to come up with something creative to bring his son’s anger in control. The father took his son to the garden and gave him a plank of wood and some nails and a hammer and told him to fix a nail everytime he got angry. The son, unaware of the intentions, obeyed his father and started fixing a nail everytime anger popped up. Fixing a nail required efforts and the focus from the anger was shifted. Soon, a time came when the child realised that he didn’t get angry at all and he shared with his father that now he doesn’t get angry. It is always said Consistency is the key.  The father wanted his son’s anger to be driven off the roots and so he gave his son a new task. The father said his son to, now remove a nail everytime he felt angry. Soon, the son was able to remove all the nails and realise a big control on his anger. As soon as all the nails were removed, he showed his father the wooden plank and told all of it.On this, the father took his son closer and told him to observe the holes in the wooden plank and made him understand that when you get angry and hurt others, it creates a hole of emotions in their heart which cannot be closed even if u say sorry.

With this beautiful and touching story, let’s come together and try not to hurt others and create healthy and beautiful hearts.
A Happy Earth.... ☺ Let's spread smiles...!!! ☺☺
